I am trying to get an important video onto my site which is 150MB. Is there any way to do this?

just imaging your mobile users having to download hte whole of the video file each time they land on your page.....
not a wise move...
as abie or aj says upload it to yourube or vimeo and add a link from there ...
it will keep your site speed up as well...
youtube channels are free and it is worth making one for your site.... from a personal youtube page.....
you can make it private or public, but if it is that important then it is worth shouting about and you can have a link back to your site from youtube as well...

But you tube will censor anything going against the narrative and this video goes against the narrative so I need to put it on my site without youtube. Even so, thanks for your replies everyone!

so use vimeo ...or split the vide odown into sections of less than 64mb and reduce the quality to reduce the size...
will yt censor anything kept as private....

I want to upload a video sized 168.4 MB into a page on my site. What's the maximum size allowed into media file?

Upload it to YouTube, embed it into your site - it's best practice not to upload videos directly to your site (and if YouTube won't allow it, use another host - e.g. Vimeo, Wistia, that will).

Hi everyone, all my Facebook, Google etc. likes on my posts, have gone to Zero for some reason. Is there any way of getting them back does anyone know?

I agree with James. Maybe Site Support can do something. Best wishes:). I hope you get it resolved soon!

Anyone using the Pixabay plugin? Mine doesn't seem to work. The Pixabay button is installed next to my 'Add Media' button, but clicking it does nothing. I have been telling

I have not used that plugin, even though I use lots of Pixabay illustrations.
How does it handle image compression? Can you control file size before posting or does it just post original file size?

I cannot control it at all. It doesn't work. The button is installed next to the add media button in editor but when clicked nothing happens, that's why I'm asking the question.

I would recommend using "the old-fashioned way" of downloading the images, edit them on the computer, optimize them as much as possible and upload to Wordpress.

I am now supposed to be with Jaaxy Lite but nothing seems to work. I've changed my login password just in case that was the problem. Any menu I click on comes back to the upg

I reset my password and this seemed to work for me.

Just an update to my comment below, checked this morning and Jaaxy Lite is (for me at least) now working.

Same here. I am connected (Jaaxy Lite) and have logged in and out of Jaaxy, but cannot get past the upgrade menu. None of the menu items work including search.

I used to have a Pro account and downgraded to Lite. Also, I cannot access my account settings or help. They just loop back to the upgrade page.

Hopefully, support will respond to you soon. I will check back rather than send them another ticket for now.

I wouldn't send another. They need time to work on it.

I'm having the same issue... and same situation. My annual Pro membership expired so I thought I'd check out Lite but it just takes me to the upgrade screen. Sent a support ticket a couple days ago and they said they would discuss with Carson. No response yet.

I wonder if they're having a rush of Pro members downgrading and trying to figure out how to handle it. I hope that's not the case...

It's ok. Everything's working fine. When you search a keyword in the jaaxy pop up menu, just click on "view full report on Jaaxy" to see your saved lists, etc. :)

I tried that but still it just opened the upgrade page again. There must be a clitch somewhere, perhaps I need to get hold of support.

Well of course first you have to connect Jaaxy. Sounds like that's the step you haven't done. When you click on the Jaaxy tab to the left, there's a window that opens. When you're properly connected, the third tab in that window will say "Jaaxy is connected! Lite". If you're not connected, you need to click that tab and do so :)

I click on the Jaaxy tab left, then I click on the 'Jaaxy is connected Lite'. This brings me to a page saying I'm connected with a button 'Open Jaaxy', I click on that and it takes me to the upgrade page and all the menus at the top of that page take me to the upgrade page, so I'm going around in circles. Quite frustrating! Thanks for your time Eric but it still isn't working

Sounds like you're connected. When you click on jaaxy to the left and the window opens, what happens when you just type in your keyword search into the search bar?

It's the only part that works and I can save to a list but I can't open the lists once saved. I have written to support at Jaaxy but not had a reply yet.

Hi Lev, no I've given up, support can't seem to help. They say it's working their end but it certainly isn't working my end! The issue is still the same, all roads lead to upgrade (as apposed to Rome!).

If you do find a solution, I would appreciate it if you would let me know. Perhaps if you try support and if you have the exact same problem of menus leading to upgrade, perhaps they'll have another look at it.

Darn! Okay will do. I have contacted Kyle regarding the issue, waiting to hear back...
