Are You Happy? Of Course You Are!

When I see a profile picture and the person portrayed looks worried or not happy, I wonder if there is something going on in his or her life which is showing up in their photo.

We never know what people are going through or have been through in their lives and sometimes it shows by their demeanour, the way they carry themselves and mostly the expression on their face, that they're having a tough time.

Those that can hide their troubles, sadness, fears, can sometimes benefit from keeping a 'happy face' and a friendly demeanour. In the end, it becomes a habit for them to always be happy and cheerful. These are the strong amongst us and they will prevail.

If you wake up in the morning with a positive attitude and do your best to be happy no matter what you have to do, no matter how hard, you will succeed in the end. The best thing is, you will be a person everyone wants to be around, because you always brighten their day and help them to be happy too.
