It Takes So Little To Make Me Happy!
As those of you who have been answering my recent questions know, I have been busy cleaning up small items on my website that needed to be changed.
I was excited when I finally got my name changed on my posts instead of "admin". But only my latest post was changed.
So, being the impatient soul that I am, it was back to the little white pencil again to ask the community for help, which I received from several of my mentors.who were gracious enough to take this technoidiot under their wings.
Like magic, once I knew what to do, "admin" was replaced with my name on all of my posts.
But, it displayed my entire name, and not just "Carol", which is what I wanted
Then when I tried to get my last name off, but it wouldn't let me, who did I turn to? The community, of course.
I just finished fixing all this little stuff, and I was so excited when I checked my site and it looks the way I wanted it!
One might think that our wonderful members of the community would get tired of my questions. It seems that every time I try to do a little thing I want to do outside of the classes Mr. Wordpress has other ideas, and I do so appreciate everyone's patience with me and your help.

Thanks, John. I sure wasn't happy when I was having so much frustration with SiteContent not letting me publish my edited articles, but now that I'm using WordPress, the world is a rosier color! Carol

It’s all about the others! I try and imagine how it will feel with a nice little win! It wouldn’t change much these days.
I will order the new Range Rover though, probably dark metallic silver, not sure or even black. Something simple in life!

If I won the lottery, I'd pay off all my bills, tend to some medical issues, and then TRAVEL! Look out, I might even look you up on my journeys. As long as I'm dreaming, I might as well go around the world to meet all my new WA friends!
Great stuff, the members here are a wealth of information, we rarely need to look elsewhere for an answer.

It is truly amazing how difficult each bit of technology is until we learn it and look back and think- that was easy, why couldn't I do it?
I don't think it tech terms and it really can be tough. I wrack my brain trying, but it just won't work for so much of this stuff. I wouldn't have made it one month without all the help here at WA

That's doubtful! Have a dumb phone because I'm such a technophobe!
My old boss had one like that. Just a phone, didn't do anything else. He finally was forced to get a smartphone from his boss. I wasn't money because the county paid for it. He just didn't want to go to the new century.
That's me! When I have to replace my old flip phone, I tell them I don't want anything except phone calls and voice mail, but of course, they don't make them like that any more. The phone I have now has text and a camera, but I don't know how to use them!
