Taking Care of Business!
Hi, Everyone, here at WA!
Been absent, but necessary! Decided, that having my Michigan, retreat, is a bit more taxing, than the "Joy" , I had hoped.
Time to coordinate my goals...Coming back to WA, with new goals and objectives!
In one month's, time, I've gone from visiting Michigan, driving back to Texas, thinking, I had a tenant...
I, offered, "Paint the kitchen for first month, and a hundred a week... "All bills paid" , including Cable/WiFi. For 6 months." The guy, is a painter/friend. He didn't ACT, when opportunity presented, itself! A week, later? ...He, decides! Meantime, ...I'm, back in my car traveling back to Michigan, to SELL!
Within, 2 weeks time, I've scrapped, textured, and painted kitchen ceiling! Learned to take down ceiling fan, and completely painted, replaced microwave, fixed toilet flipper, and have listed my bungalow!! Today, we had an "Open House" , and some traffic. My part has been finished, now the trust the results. "Letting go, and letting God!" .
It's a fullmoon, and I feel very content, that I used this last month wisely. I, had to stay focused, on my goal! I'd purchased this, several years, ago, with the intent to sell, at a profit, so my time is right, for completing that objective.
Of course, having the funds, soon to be liquid, I'll be able to focus, on the technicals of my site, without financial woes. This, is most important, as my motivation, is not the money, as much as getting my message out. I need to be as focused with my writing, as I've been with this project, so having a clear, serene headset, is always, more beneficial, for my productivity.
I'm signing off, again, but expect to touch bases with many of you, soon! Thank, you all my new follows. I will be meeting and greeting you, all, soon.
