Why The Wealthy Affiliate Black Friday Sale Is Worth It

It is that time of the year again for the Wealthy Affiliate Black Friday Sale. If you have yet to take advantage of it, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do so NOW. According to Kyle this will be the LAST TIME the cost will be this low.

I AM VERY HAPPY I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE $299

I am going to show you the numbers and explain why the Wealthy Affiliate Black Friday Sale is worth it. The most obvious reason is the money you save instead of paying the regular yearly membership price of $497.00/Year.

When I joined WA in August 2013, the regular yearly membership was $359.00 and when Kyle offered the Black Friday Deal, I quickly took advantage of it, even though it was only a $60.00 discount. It's obviously much more now.

I can understand why many people may not choose to pay out a cost in the hundreds. Perhaps they just don't have it at the time or they think they can start earning enough in short order to pay for their $49.00 per month cost.

Personally, I think both reasons will work against you in the long-run. I feel by making a monetary commitment to a longer term investment, one can have a better shot at earning more in the long-run. Take a look at what I mean.

The above image are all of the membership payments I have made since I started in August 2013. I was monthly for three months and then took the $299.00 Black Friday Yearly Membership Deal. So far I've paid $2,798.00 to WA.

Had I decided to stay at the monthly membership rate of $47.00, ( It was $2 cheaper per month back then ), I would have paid $5,048.00 so far to WA. That is almost DOUBLE what I have paid with the Black Friday Membership Sale.

MY PATH TO SUCCESS MAY SEEM WEIRD

When I joined Wealthy Affiliate I had no intention of promoting them. In fact I built two niche websites before I built a Bootcamp website to promote WA. It has always been my goal to make affiliate income within a niche I knew.

I didn't make my first affiliate commission until February of 2014, and it was only just enough to pay for one month's membership. I decided to put more effort into promoting WA, mainly because the commissions were higher.

My niche website continued to grow in commissions but not at a fast pace, and I got my first WA commission in March 2014, as seen in the above image. It was obvious to me that promoting WA was going to jump-start my earnings.

By the time my yearly $299.00 membership renewal was due, I had earned just enough between my niche website and my Bootcamp website. Both continued to grow, but my WA commissions grew faster in 2015, see below.

The Wealthy Affiliate commission totals above, $5,070.00, are just from my first year in 2015. They grew even bigger in 2016 and beyond. I still feel that starting a niche website first, helped me to promote WA better.

Seeing how I was making money with a niche website, I had a better grasp of how the WA training can get anyone to earn in a niche that wasn't related to Bootcamp. In short, I had first-hand knowledge that the training works.

YOU PROBABLY THINK I AM CRAZY

Would it shock you to learn that I do not promote Wealthy Affiliate as much as I used to? Again...It has always been my goal to earn big commissions in a niche I am passionate about that is not associated with Bootcamp.

This is one of the main reasons you do not see me as active within the WA community anymore. I am making a lot more money per month in commissions with my new niche than I ever did promoting Wealthy Affiliate.

As you can see above, in just one month starting in September, I made $4,310.00 in commissions, and I DID NOT need a website to earn it. Just like Wealthy Affiliate, there are affiliate programs that do not require a website.

You do not need to have a Bootcamp website to promote WA, as long as you have your affiliate link. However a website will get you more exposure. The niche I am earning in is directly tied to my day job as an N-EMT.

I had some cards printed up and sales brochures with my affiliate link. Every time I go into a hospital, doctor office, dialysis clinic, nursing home, rehab center and even meeting up with other EMS workers, I share my link.

IS THE WEALTHY AFFILIATE BLACK FRIDAY SALE WORTH IT?

YES...YES...YES. Whenever you can save a huge amount of money on an education platform like WA, that teaches you how real affiliate marketing works, it frees up the worry of paying monthly and gives more focus on earnings.

Sure, it will be rough the first year, maybe two, but it will improve as you keep working it, making changes along the way. Promoting WA helped me financially to get me going to where I am now, taking a different approach.

I never stopped promoting Wealthy Affiliate and will be ramping up on that again soon. That's the beauty of affiliate marketing. Once you set the system in motion, you can earn money while you sleep, but you still have to work it.
