So it has been a while since I’ve gotten an email about google indexing me. Like a week or more, should I be worrying that something is wrong with my content?

I've been wondering this myself. But I reviewed Jay's SERP training and his 21 Minute Ranking Method in 7 Steps and I am doing everything right. Are you using Google Webtools to Fetch as Google? I know that was one of the steps because then you can ask Google to index it.

Best wishes,
Karin :)

Hello, yes I have used Google Web tools. I read somewhere that if you are using the tools you shouldn't ask google to index it as it does not help to index faster?

I always request indexing everytime and it works so far.

I just published my first piece of content ever on my first website ever tonight. Forgive me what site maps fetch consoles. Are these terms something you have to do after getting indexed?. I have not come across these terms so far in the trainings.

Hi Joseph,

According to your profile you are still in the first phase or lavel of the training, my suggestion to you is to do what will help your website in the long run.

And that my friend is concentrate on the training make sure you do it in order.

And keep dong what you did today keep adding that content that is what is going to help you get ranked later on.

indexing is Google letting you know that they know your post/page/website exists, ranking on the other hand can effect the amount of organic traffic your website can produce.

traffic=money

Don' t get side tracked keep adding content and building that site the other stuff right now is not important, you will have plenty of time later to worry about the other stuff later.

Hope this helps,

Calvin

Have you tried fetch as google
Blessings

Yes, I was reading that if you use webtools you should not use fetch as well I think I may have misunderstood this.

don't worry. It can happen within minutes or take days. It will get indexed.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Sometimes it does take a little longer.
All the best,
Wendi :)

Did you go to Google Search Console and do the Fetch as Google? And resubmit your sitemap?

Are we supposed to resubmit our sitemaps every time we post an article?
Wendi

no. :)

I am having trouble with setting up search console and verifying my site in order to fetch as google. any tips?

Thanks. That was the first I'd heard of that, but I've been away for a few weeks.
All the best,
Wendi

It is in Jay’s SERP Ranking Blueprint.

I just found that out. I wonder why. I don't think this used to be on his list. Maybe it was and I've been missing it all this time.
All the best,
Wendi

I have not resubmitted my sitemap, should I be doing this often?

I have only been sporatically resubmitting my sitemap only because I forget and the majorty of my post index within 24 hours. I just make sure to fetch as google.

I would at least do it every so often.

This is not always a consistent response time. So don't worry!

Don't worry. The emails come from Wealthy Affiliate and are not always on time. I had a bunch of posts indexed within a few days then got an email from WA 3 weeks later.

Hey you go to sitemaps and have google fetch them.

Not yet, but I will be trying this. I didn't think you had to do this after you began using Google Web Tools.

Hey there

Just a quick question, do I need to have a separate account with Amazon affiliate program for each niche page I create?

Or can I use the same one I have

One account will do.

One account will suffice

I don't think so, it doesn't make sense to have multiple amazon accounts.

That’s what I thought as well. But I wanted to be sure.

I think you use the current one.

Hi

Good question. You have already had the answer but I will add my 2 cent. just because.

I asked this question a while back and yes you can have one account with Amazon and put links from products on whatever site you have. you can put on all.

This is what I do and have had no problems

I hope this helps

Thank you yes it does help!

Thank you and you are most welcome

Good question.

I would check is question out with Amazon.
Your friend Sandy

No. You have one affiliate account and you can pick as many affiliate products and put them on different sites.

Thanks!

Great answer.

I believe that you can create 2 sites with a single starter account and up to 25 sites with a single premium account.

Can a free membership earn credits to pay for a premium membership? someone in chat is asking, and I am not sure where to find this information.

yep, only affiliate credits as starter not allowed to send comments or provide feedback.

if starter invited people then the starter will earn credit and can be used for billing.

I believe they can earn premium referral at a reduced rate from the one we earn, but I don't know about the credits, I have a feeling they can't earn the $1.00 credits.

No they would have to to join.

No they cannot, memberships can only be paid by credit card or paypal.

thanks! I appreciate your help!
