Hey Kyle, I'm sure you are very busy. I was just wondering if you had a chance to look into the referral I sent to WA who ended up under someone else? I would really appreciate

Just so you know, your question has landed in the awesome WA community of members for response vs going to Kyle for his direct attention ...
Since you've been WA for over a year plus -- hopefully, you've checked and confirmed your stats and referrals by hitting the $ icon in the upper right hand corner of your WA screen >> and clicking on 'MY Referrals' to check the status of ALL + Premiums.
... and it might also be helpful to check with your 'referral' to affirm whether he/she indeed used your affiliate link to sign up with you as well ... otherwise, it may be all for naught if the person didn't use the right link per se ....
hopefully, it all checks out ok for you ... :)

I am trying to move my Top Navigation Menu to the footer, but it shows up in both the top as well as the footer. How do I fix this?
This can be so frustrating. You will probably have to delete it in your header but your theme can block you.
Try changing it in your customize section.

I've found that the theme you're using affects your ability to do this. At least it does for me anyways.
Jefrey - it might be worth removing the menu from the top location under menu location and see if that does it.
