2017 Goals!

2017 is here and she's not slowing down so time to set some good goals moving forwards!
SEM / Local Marketing
I am switching from doing client SEO completely and moving towards R&R and PPL. I can see this as being far more passive than ranking client sites. It also means I can maintain control of the assets and can never be "fired". I may still do client SEO but I will be pricing my services very high.
- R&R / PPL launch in June
- Total of 4 more for 2017
- $500 per month, per site.
I will be using SEO, Maps and PPC.
Affiliate / Adsense

I have big affiliate marketing goals for 2017!
- Launch a niche site every month for 2017
- 12 new sites by the turn of the year
- Monetized to at least $500 per month, per site
- 80/20 rule will apply to the under performers
- Those that fall short will be flipped
Drop shipping
- 1 ecom site up and running for 2017
- Launching October.
- Aiming for a positive ROI for 2017
- Scale up from there
January goals
Are underway. I am actually launching 3 affiliate sites this month. All content has been commissioned to my writers.
1 is live now, 1 has its content being written as we speak and the last one is a ready-made site (thought I would give this a go). I plan to have all 3 live before Feb.

You won't be sitting on your ass watching TV in the near future that's for sure. LOL. An extreme undertaking. Doable but very little idle time. I hope you keep us all in the loop and abreast of your difficulties and successes. I wish you wisdom, faith, and strength in staying in control!

You are right, there will be no time for my ass to get lazy lol. I have teamed up with a couple members and have created an accountability group, where we get updates on each others progress so we can keep each other accountable.
I will keep everyone here updated as progress continues

BTW, any website that underperforms, I might be interested :) I'll flood it with content, that's what I do best :)
I believe its time to take affiliate marketing seriously my friend.
I figured out the time it takes to research, build, write for each niche site and it appears I can deploy one every month (with the help of my team).
So massive goals were set in motion!

R&R - Rank and rent. Essentially you create a site targeting a local niche, rank it and rent it out to a company who services those leads. This is generally a flat rate. This is the easiest method as it doesnt require the tracking PPL does.
PPL - Pay Per Lead. Same as above except the clients only pay for qualified leads. This is a generally better for businesses that are seasonal. You only pay when you close the deal. This is harder to manage (for me) as it requires email and call tracking and more negotiation with clients

I believe in 10x'ing any goal. That way, if I do fall short a massive achievement will be made either way.
Screw aiming for an income of 1 million. I'll shoot for 10 and if I only get 1, meh!

I am a firm believer of 10x'ing your goals... That way if I do fail, I will still have gained enough to make a difference
