I just tried but does nothing at all for my site and I tried with fours different test tools so I have removed it -
You tube vids - If you just have the link to the Youtube vis the share function this should not affect you speed - OK
That's a shame buddy, you win some you lose some. Will only correct if you have things like gravitas, banners, Google fonts, images that are using to much JavaScript.
Your Defer Parson of JavaScript must be okay, therefore no change.
