Why Mondays should be normal days
Today is Monday, yay!
BUT let me stop you right here. I think Monday should not be special. I think Monday should be just like another Tuesday.
In a nutshell, I believe this because I DON'T want to have an exceptional Monday, I want to have an exceptional WEEK. To me, having an exceptional MONDAY usually means the rest of the week was less productive.
So, this week, I'm aiming to have an "exceptional EVERYDAY"! Who's with me? ;)

Love that POSITIVE outlook. Mondays ARE better now that I don't have to commute at least 2 hrs every day. :-) Have an exceptional week!!!
Agreed but, to me, Monday is a brand new shiny week beginning, a time to expect new and greater opportunities. I had to retrain myself HARD, but I now look forward to Mondays as the start of something good!
True, I also feel there needs to be something special about Mondays!
This post actually reflects something that I've had an issue with lately: starting off the week with a crazy productive Monday, and then basically burning out and not doing much until it's Friday, and I start thinking about all the things I could have done, so I get motivated to work a bit more...
Anyway, thanks for your input, the nuance you added is definitely important :)
