Thank you :) I feel like there are so many things to take on, it's a bit overwhelming, but I love it!

Just take a few minutes to chill out, get out some paper and just write out some ideas first,have a good think about what it is you wish to do, if you have started your website take some time to work out if you need pages to be set up or to start do posts.
Use today as a thinking session as someone dear to me said have a staff training session with you as the leader and you as the worker who will be doing all the work the leader suggests.
Either way you will be making the correct decision.
Take care and keep that smile going even in staff training.
