Regarding the Cancel Button missing in the Subscriptions
Many of you know particularly older members when people feel this is not for them they may ask how to cancel their account
Most of the time one would say to a starter to simply log out.
But there are times (which is fair enough) they may be worried about having what details they have already shared when joining. Most likely from the feeling or possibly being scammed later.
So the next option we would as fellow members suggest to them is to go to their account settings then subscription and scroll down to find the cancel account button.
In doing so this deletes all records they have given although as a starter member there are no personal financial records as they are free starter members so that part of being a security issue is not there nor will it ever be.
Yet some just don't want anything left behind.
The issue with this is that there are some members who may wish to cancel their paying membership but may want to come back in a future date.
Some have actually clicked the cancel button thinking this would close their account on a temporary basis and when they come back to wonder why they can't find the original account they created.
Note
Pressing this Delete account button actually deletes all records on file which is great for anyone that has no intention of returning.
However, those as I said who want to come back also will delete all their information including the email address only to have to create a new account along with a new email address and everything else.
Any blogs or training they may have created also will get deleted.
This has caused some issues and confusion.
Over the last week or so there have been a few starter members who wanted to cancel the membership account and many have stated either simply log out or go to subscription and click the cancel button
Some may not have checked themselves to notice there is no cancel button as there was before and this has caused further confusion for starter members when after being given what was thought of the right instruction are simply not there.
So today a question was asked about what happened to the Cancel button as a couple of starter members today wanted to delete their account totally and not just log out.
Fortunately, Kyle responded to this question along with responding to me when I sent him a PM about this earlier this morning.
Here is his response to the thread and to myself.
So hopefully when you read this you will know that at the moment this button is not available at the moment but will return as per Kyle's response.
In the meantime here is the link to Kyle or Cason that you can give that member if they wish to go further and cancel totally rather than just log out. Kyle or Carson will do the rest.

Heck, Andre! I never even knew there was a cancel button in the first place! I never truly wanted to cancel, so perhaps that is why. Thanks for this excellent post!

Yes that could have been a major reasons what accounts can't be found when they come back.
glad we all know now and how to deal with this issue when it arrives and the fact Kyle can help them further while this gets sorted out.
