Great start to the morning
Well, here in Oz it is Wednesday at 8.30 AM as I write.
Although it took a bit of time to post as I had some phone calls and had a house inspection so got delayed in posting this.
What a wonderful week it has been.
Yesterday Tuesday (still the same for some at the moment) was a special birthday that one of our friends had in Jeff.

Many members pop over to wish Jeff a wonderful and happy birthday and hopefully, Jeff is still with his eyes open after his gift.
If not, that would be understandable I think anyone else would be too after my giFt to him lol
This morning I got up fed my girls (my two four-legged furballs) made a quick breakfast for myself and settled down on the computer.
Then after checking and replying to some emails I noticed one email from Kyle and Carson which was a nice surprise.
Now it is not much but the fact it came was wonderful to see especially first thing in the morning.

Earned me 10 credits which when converted is $5.
As I said it is not much that one could brag about but not the only one I have earned from and indeed many others have as well.
However, this is for level1 only I have already moved to level 2 and when I go to level 3 there will be a further $10 waiting for me and it continue again to the next level.
However, the fact that you can be paid just for giving training yourself can also be an inspiration to others here who may not even have thought about doing it.
There are many opportunities we can have here regardless of your membership level in particular Premium or Premium Plus.
Creating training is just one of them and I am sure you are very capable of doing so yourself.
As I said it is nothing to brag about with the amount but as you continue to get more members commenting, liking your training,
More importantly just like our own websites where we are creating content.
Specifically, one that is relevant and useful for that certain audience looking for something specific to their needs.
Does that sound familiar?
So give it a thought about doing your own piece of training that will be of benefit to your fellow members.
Remember these also rank in Google as well so you can have an opportunity to receive more benefits for those outside of WA who may decide to join due to what you offer them in this case training that would be of interest to themselves.
So at the moment, it may not sound that great a deal with $5 but the more who come to your training and provide their input the more opportunities there are to gain your levels within the training aspects of ranking and the more it will increase next time

Good suggestion -- I have done a couple little trainings, but have not been very active in that regard. Perhaps it's time to think up a new way to be helpful.
Most welcome Fran and yes do consider on doing more where you can. You have the knowledge and skills so why not give it some added thought with new ideas that are relevant and current.

I had similar credits this morning for past trainings. A total of $96 so far. Nothing earth-shattering, but it's nice to be acknowledged, isn't it?
Great work Phil yes it may not be earth-shattering but to be acknowledged as you said is a result of our fellow members who as always come and help support and that is very much appreciated.
Besides, it may start with $5 and so did yours but $96 shows just from training alone it does build up.
The more we can create that is of benefit the greater opportunity there is to gain more as a result.
I have earned a bit over the years with my pieces of training which is not as much as some other members who have created 100's but as I said it builds up.
As long as we continue to help mostly in this case our fellow members learn a bit more that is the value we can offer.
Enjoy your cycling and continue to strengthen your hips for more adventures on your bike.
