Is it possible to renew the domain that expired four years ago?

If no one else has purchased it you may do so. Of course, you will have to recreate all the content that was there.

Does anybody use WP TAG Machine v2.0.? Any comments about this WP plugin?
What about the Black Friday 2024 deal for Premium $299, as before? I see only BF for Premium+ $497. Maybe Premium BF is grandfathered?
Not sure what Tags machine is. But Tags in wordpress are something that you should not use as it causes google bot ineffeciency as it forces the bot to crawl "ghost" copies of the same content multiple times. Google update in May hitting out at bot inefficiencies means it would be good practice not to use tags.
Thanks to reminding me about tag also I have read about it. So you advise removing all tag at all? Picture tag as well? Exist tons of opposite advice also.

That article is not refering to the tags that I was talking about. Even at that it mentions meta description tags, something I have used and removed and seen CTR go from 5% to 7% consistently over a period of one year, rarely drops below 7%. Iet google autogenerate the meta description from the content this not only proven to increase CTR but also bolds the search term when it appears in the meta description area.
Tags I was, in particular, referring to and google bot inefficiency (something G is hitting out at) is the ones like this

yoursite .com/Tag/Your-article-title (a ghost copy of the same article)
The article from SEJ is about a different subject matter entirely H1 tags, Title tags and so on...Not Tag cloud feature on the left that causes bot inefficiencies which are getting hit.
I removed all my cloud tags seen a 20% rise in traffic!
