Your Dreams Are Worth The Chase
When I saw this this awesome graffiti on a billboard right next to my home I just stopped and starred at it for a few long minutes. This positive and motivational phrase on an old broken billboard seems so sincere and at the same time so impossible.
The billboard represents the average beginner internet marketer, someone who doesn't have much money if any at all but who's full of hope and positive thoughts. A beginner marketer knows, just like that billboard that some hugely successful and popular company could advertize on it, with a beautiful bright ad and the billboard will earn lots of money from that ad - eventually. Not right now.
But the hope doesn't die. "Your Dreams Are Worth the Chase".
With time the billboard will learn that it might be standing in the wrong place and it might not be visible enough. This billboard might target the wrong audience, the wrong niche that's why no one is spending money. The billboard knows this, just like a marketer who's starting his Internet Marketing career.
Are dreams are worth the chase. Nothing's free in this life and success doesn't come easy but our dreams are worth fighting for. If we had no dreams - what would be the point of life? Go after your dreams, don't ever give up and one day you will wake up living your dream life.
Sorry I had to rant. I saw that graffiti and it hit me for some reason. It made me all emotional and it gave me a bit more motivation. It's right next to my place so now I can look at it every single day and simply smile.
Thank you, whoever "vandalized" this billboard for reminding me that my dreams are worth the chase.
What are you dreams?

This type of grafitti I wouldn't mind seeing in a lot of places. I think it's marvelous that this person wants to share some hope and motivation to anyone who sees it. I have to do with my mini inspiration poster, and you get a full blown one outside your door. What a great start to a day out when you see it Alex. Lucky you!
That's an incredible saying with an even more incredible background. I think both are quite provocative and inspirational. Surely if an old billboard that I'm sure has seen it's share of ads can hold such a noble thought then we as marketers, old and young, can learn to withstand the test of time and persevere with our own dreams. Thank you for sharing and get this marked as a historic landmark it cannot be torn down.
I am seriously hoping no one will advertize on it any time soon :) I want this graffiti to stay there :D
I'm hoping I can maintain enough online income that I don't have to go back into a factory again. That's my main goal with all of this.
Buddy, this is an awesome dream. I had that same goal when I first started WA in 2007 - and I am glad I never gave up on my dreams! I haven't had a 9-to-5 since then ;)

It seems to be working so far. No sales or anything yet, but I am in the first spot for one of my posts and a couple others on the first page... Slowly but surely

Great message. I was feeling quite ambitious today and this gave me just a little more motivation.
