When I try to install new plugins for my new website, Wordpress pops up reading, 'installation failed: Could not create directory.' What is going wrong? What can I do?

Hi Alex,
This is unusual. Perhaps give it a bit of time, log off your website, go to details clear your cache and give it another try.
If it still does not work I would follow Debs66 suggestion.

Hi - somebody in Live Chat has just said exactly the same thing! I presume it's a glitch in the system, but perhaps you should contact Site Support anyway.

This is unusual. Perhaps give it a bit of time, log off your website, go to details clear your cache and give it another try.

I already have an existing website with Google Search Console, but I want to add another one. I am confused about the process. If you could help, I would appreciate it.
I've done the same. You have to click in the top left corner where you can see your old website and when the dropdown menu opens, you can see + add service on the bottom.
You add your other website there.
I've done it intuitively some how, you will manage for sure!

I normally just dig in everything until I figure it out, too. If I really struggle, I ask here, it's a great place to ask. So many people with lots of knowledge.

I am looking to network and meet with fellow bloggers, affiliate marketers, internet marketers, and digital marketers in person. I don't think I will be heading to the Wealthy
A lot of the blogger events are based on area of interest. For example there's the Military Influencers Conference, TBEX - Travel Bloggers Exchange Conference, Type-A Parent Conference, FinCon (finance conference) CardCon (credit card conference). Then, of course, there's the granddaddy of the all, Affiliate Summit, which happens every January in Las Vegas and every August in New York City, plus one more in Europe and another in Asia. I'll be posting shortly on getting a free pass for Affiliate Summit (you'd still need to pay your own travel expenses). Here's the link for more info on Affiliate Summit https://www.affiliatesummit.com/
What is your blog's focus? Perhaps I can suggest some specialty events. The events I used to go to in San Francisco have all moved someplace else. If I hear of any, I'll let you know.
That's good to know. It makes sense a lot of blogger conferences are based on their niche. I also like the idea of the Affiliate Summit. I do not think I will go to it for a while, but I will consider it down the road. It sounds like a great way to network.
My blog focuses on the outdoors: camping, hiking, backpacking, nature, etc. It's called My Camping and Hiking Tips. If you know of any events geared towards the outdoor niche, please let me know.

hey hi Alex --- it's all good and your question is rather interesting in the sense that this particular grouping of people do most of their activities on-line .... and it sounds like you've already 'goggled' research for free events within your vicinity ...
if this is something that truly interests you -- 'in-person' gathering of like-minds -- you may want to consider organizing or leading or facilitating such events yourself to 'attract' others, so to speak!
