How To Promote Your Website On Facebook

When you're building a website as you get busy to write content for your website, you need to work at the same time to promote it to get some traffic.

Traffic is important, the more readers you get, there more chances your online business gets known by people and they'll become your clients.

Social Media is here to help us to promote our business.

I have my favorite Social Media Platforms to work on them promoting my site daily with good results.

I need to say Facebook is not longer one of my favorites platforms, as you need to pay on ads to get more readers to read your posts in that platform and to get interested to read my website.

But, I understand the importance to have my own business Facebook page and even it doesn't work as good as my favorite Social Media Platforms, I keep posting on my Facebook page.

I want to share the way I share my website blog posts on my Facebook page, as I got a request from one of my readers, he was wondering how to do it.

Once you get your Facebook Fans Page, (and other Social Media accounts) for your business, you need to add a plugin on your website to help your readers to share your content in an easy way.

Your job as an internet marketer is to make everything easy for your readers. They will visit your website and if they think your content has a great value and it can help other people, your readers will be interested to share it on their Social Media.

Your goal is to get as many shares as you can get on every blog post on your website, the more shares you get, more readers your website will get.

Easy steps to share your content on Facebook.

1 - Go to your website and open the blog post you want to share.

Click on the Facebook button, and a new window will open.

You can see this window will open to your Facebook personal page.

If you're interested to share your website on your personal page, you just need to write a message and click on the "publish" blue button on the right lower corner on the new window.

And your content will be shared on your Facebook personal page.

I don't like to use my personal Facebook page for my online business, so I opened a Fans Facebook Page for my website.

I share my website on this Fans Page only, my readers and clients are there. I keep my Facebook personal account for family and close friends only.

2. Click on the blue button to open.

When this new window opens, you can choose to share the blog post to:

• personal account
  
• a friend's account
• a group
• an event
• a page.
• a private message
  

Click on "a page".

3 - If you have more than one website page on Facebook, the new option opened for you it's the first Facebook you opened.

If you only have one Facebook page, go to step 5

When you have more than one Facebook page, you need to click there to open all the pages to pick the one you want to share this blog post.

4 - As you can see, I have two Facebook pages, so I will click on the page I want to share this blog post.

5 - When you have selected the page you wanted to share your blog post, it will show on the blue square, (just be sure this is the page you want to share the blog post)

Now, you can add a comment here.

And click on the "publish" blue button on the lower right corner.

Your content will be published.

How often you need to publish your content on Facebook?

Facebook is a Social Media platform that doesn't get too much traffic lately, it's advice to share one or twice your content every day.

Don't forget to write a comment to invite your readers to LIKE or comment.

The more likes, comments and shares every share gets, the more possibillites your share gets to more followers.

To get more readers to our websites, it's also our jobs, don't let your awesome content stay alone on your website, let your followers to know you have a new blog post.

But also, share the old content, invite your followers to read it, you might get more clients by doing this.
