Agradecer, my Profile Name means to be thankful.
Today, Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2016, is not the only day that I am thankful and full of gratitude.
Agradecer, one of my favorite Spanish verbs is a way of life for me. Every day should start and end with gratitude and we should be grateful for many things throughout the day.
If you do not do this first thing when you wake, maybe you should try this.
My first thought is Gratitude is for waking up from sleep. There are people who never wake up and die in their sleep. To me, this is something to be thankful for. Then, I start listing all the things I am grateful for. For me personally, my list is simple. I usually start off good in my mind but after awhile, my mind wanders in my prayers. God knows I can’t possibly thank him for each and every possible blessing.
Having a roof over your head and a home is quite a big deal to be thankful for.
Having a bed to sleep in is something I think of every morning.
Being healthy enough to take that first step in the morning and healthy in my right mind is not taken for granted.
My family always comes to mind when I wake up. I am very blessed to have a family that loves me and supports me. I’m thankful for Parents, Grandparents, Children, Grandchildren, Siblings, Nieces and Nephews and Friends.
Being able to have water to shower, food to eat, and transportation is a blessing. There is always a big sigh of gratitude and thankfulness when I arrive safely from anywhere where I have to deal with traffic and road rage. In fact, I am grateful everytime my 12 year old car starts and there is air in the tires.
That is just a sample of having a gratitude filled day. If you notice, I have not had much time to think about the events that happen in life that do not make us happy. We will always have trials and problems. I have found when I look back on hard times, there is a sense of gratitude because I have learned from those experiences and have hopefully been made a better person because of them.
I thank God for directing me in the path of Wealthy Affiliate. I’ve searched a long time. I’m thankful for and to Kyle, Carson, Nathaniell, and all my new network of friends I have found in this online, Wealthy Affiliate University. I really appreciate the sincere expression to assist me as I progress.
So, may your lives be filled with Gratitude and Blessings not only at Thanksgiving but throughout the entire year!
Gregory

I don't understand 'thanks giving' day because I come from a different culture. But, understand what your're hinting at.
Thank you for the lovely post!
Gautam, thanks for stopping by and reading, commenting, and liking.
Yes, Thanksgiving day here in the US is sometimes more popular than Christmas with some. Families and friends get together and overeat large Turkey meals and mention gratitude with full stomachs.
Sir, you are one of the ones I'm grateful for in this community.
Hey Gregory,
I've had turkey meals in England - awesome stuff.
Learning about everything, everyday here at WA.
Great meeting you, Sir!
