SEO is no longer about just keywords.
Google no longer requires the exact keywords or search phrase in page titles or in the content body for a certain number of times to understand what the content is about.
It now understands and ranks pages based on topics, not just isolated keywords.
Using the latest IT breakthroughs such Machine Learning Google algorithm evolved and got sofhisticated
.Google now understands and ranks pages depending on Topics and not just Keywords We don’t need to use the exact keywords many times on search phrase in titles or contents for Google to understand what the content is about
Most of the people think too much about keyword placement, keyword density, keyword frequency, etc. and the result is usually a content that is not engaging and boringMostThey are focusing more on pleasing Google and not their audience who are searching things on Google
Think about Google as someone who want to present the most relevant content for their search users at the top of its results no just content stuffed with keywords.
It doesn’t mean Keywords don’t matter anymore, they still matter but not very much to Google
Keywords help you understand the topic your audience is interested in and give you insights on how to structure the content, however Google no longer relies only on keywords to understand the topics of a page and determine its relevance to a search query and its ranking
As an example we can group the keywords “SEO”, “Social Media”, Emails” “Website” under one Topic “Digital Marketing”
SEO was about just keywords few years. not anymore Google is getting clever and it’s now more about searchers intents.
When creating contents the focus should be on the searcher, instead of keywords.
It's crucial to understand what the audience is looking for and what they are trying to achieve then create contents that match the audience intent
I hope you the above makes sense and let’s keep being informed about the latest trends in this fast changing world

Thank you Adel, for this informative blog. With the introduction of voice assistants searches will be more on phrases rather than keywords.
Good to know. It certainly simplifies the writing process. I can focus more on my content then just writing around keywords. And I can find keywords from my content and not the other way around.
It is s good to hear confirmation of this, keyword placing is always very restrictive to content and flow :)
Thank you, Adel.
This is truly a breakthrough. It is easier for me to wrap my head around "how they search", and walk in those shoes. This is going to be great. I am excited. Gotta love technology.
Thanks for this info Adel. That's what it should be. The content , not only the keywords.

Interesting info. I can still see that keyword research, and choosing a keyword focus is key to quality content, but it also needs to be combined with writing our content naturally so related keywords to our main focus are used naturally.
With these changes, it will be interesting to see how the training changes to account for it.
