Faith, Doubt, and Accusation
This is a reaction to the post of Consultant and it's too long so I have to post it here. Please don't take this as personal I just want to have my position on the creeping insinuation from the community.

Faith is what takes you for action from the start of the journey. Anyone loses this faith along the way for any and different reasons.
Doubt is a negative element of faith that questions the validity authenticity of what you believe in.
An accusation is a claim that something is unusual, irregular, unfair, unjust without or with a solid basis.
Difference between doubt and accusation
Doubt is concealing what your thoughts are in an unproven situation reserving it until seeing the truth about what you doubted in.
I had my doubts in my first months here at WA, and as I continue to work I gradually understand how things work here although I don't have a complete knowledge of all things here.
When it comes to ranking I see some climbed up without any post. So I said to myself is there something unfavorable here, or is there a favoritism here but thinking it over and over I have resolved it once and for all that it is not an individual doing from WA but it's a result of a dynamic system installed here at WA.
Installed system
It is an algorithm that measures the movements of every member from posting, chatting, helping others in the community. So it measures positively or negatively any comments for your own favor or against you.
It's a machine operated that can monitor anyone even hundreds of thousand during the time when WA Managers are sleeping and when they wake up the machine will tell them so what happened overnight.
There was a time I was pleased because I did not post anything but I know I answered some questions, have guided or encouraged some, and I have asked questions too. Those were all my activity and the system had seen it, it made points for me.
This is my opinion and how I see things work. If I'm wrong then someone knowledgeable has to correct me and enlighten us.

The first few times all of this came up, I found it a little irritating, but didn't say to much.
The next several times it came up, I paid more attention and did my best to understand both sides of the argument, and I feel that I do.
As we continue to bring it up, over and over and over, I'm getting tired of it.
There was concern that some of the posts that people were making would drive new members away. At the moment, I am thinking that the arguing is likely to drive the old members away. That worries me more. I think it's better to risk losing one or two new members than to drive away people who have been here for months or years, and who would like to stay longer.
If possible we do not want anyone to be driven away. It is just our business to enlighten everyone. While it's true that this is being repeated again and again it is because there are newcomers.
Now, if it happens that a newcomer raises the same question on the same issue it is best for us to have answered this and just provide them the links to the same answers for them to review and understand. It is much easier because discussions about the issue have been sufficiently exhausted.
I think WA has the way of categorizing all the same answers into groups so it would be easier to lead someone to that point.

I am new but it is interesting to see how people disagree on issues and how best they resolve them, we live in a world of disagreements. It is actually very interesting.
Yes, Cinderella. I like discussions. You say your card and everybody participates to enlighten anyone on the issue. In this community, maturity it is expected of us. No fighting no debate to overthrow your own opponent but all are contributing to making things clear and understandable.

Mutual respect of others rights is so important for a community, and I love being a part of this community at WA. A ranking is secondary to me but using the many pieces of training to improve our knowledge and our business is paramount.

What I love more about WA is that I have learnt so much, I now take inspired steps to do amazing stuff in groups I have created both for my online business and my career I love so much.
I also have this amazing platform (WA) that (psychologically) holds me accountable to do what I need to do.
The ranking for me is a way of asking if I am doing what am meant to do? Am I helping out...am I learning? Am I building my business successfully? And if the answer is YES...then down or up with the number (Rank) I should have a smile on my face because every single day...every single positive action I take, takes me a step closer to my desired goals.

The system is as fair as it can be. I agree with Eric. Ranking is a small part of our membership. Hopefully, the big reward is to make a comfortable living from the internet. Have a good evening.
You're very compassionate and it's your learning attitude and compassion that make you a great member filling others with support. Rank here is completely secondary. What's important is using the training here to grow your business, and creating a positive atmosphere that encourages more growth :)
We have a great platform, right? How much has it helped us? It's taught us great lessons and we have a great community here of like minded individuals, most of whom have their focus on learning and making this a great community for others.
Keep focusing on your goals, block out those with negativity, and you'll see those goals come right into focus like they should be :)

Hi Jimmy thanks for sharing your thoughts, well here at WA there are so many different people, from all walks of life, joining here in one common purpose ,
That is to build a successful online enterprize, to the point of ranking in WA, it is a bonus when your rank climbs because of you engaging the WA Community
I for one do it as it comes as second nature, my offline business is in the service trade, helping people by maintaining and repairing their cars, this I do daily, so it spills over when I sign in for my daly WA sessions.
