A Small Tip for Balancing your Online Business

Greetings to all WA friends. Today's insightful message is all about fresh air! Remember that your body needs and flourishes on fresh air! Allow yourself to get refreshment from oxygenated air that is generated by trees, plants, the ocean, flowers, dirt and grass! That's right!!

I return to nature in order to be healed, soothed, and reconnect with my senses.

Here I am during a lovely nature walk today and feeling refreshed and grounded after so much work I poured into my website. As much as creating as awesome online business is fantastic, some of us may be missing the balance and healing energy that quality time in nature brings (and no, sitting at a cafe drinking a coffee is not quite the same as healing nature). It is not healthy to be cooped up for hours on end with no fresh air.

Just spend some time outdoors today and when you can to ground your energy and balance your entire being. You can release any negativity and recharge yourself. This will give you a burst of fresh, creative insight too. When you balance all aspects of yourself, you will find that your writing becomes easier, you work more efficiently, and success flows more naturally

If you can't step outside, then open up the curtains and windows. Get new energy into your home as well!! Don't let things get stagnant; we can spend far too much time indoors and it is time now to breath in deeply the very essence of nature and life!

May your days be filled with love, joy, laughter, health, success and abundance. Feeling grateful for this moment. Being alive is the miracle. Namaste.

Thanks Abagail. Right after my two mile walk in the park. You're right, wind in the trees is so soothing.

Wow that would have been a great walk! We both had the same idea to get out for a bit and balance ourselves after all the hard work. :)))

Thank you Kim. Yes, I definitely feel at one with nature. It is amazing what a bit of fresh air can do. I was thinking today at how we all live in other parts of the world and are experiencing different seasons. :)))

Played baseball and took some pics of the fall flowers in the yard today. Very refreshing to be outside.

Good advice, Abigail. I have my windows and doors open today. When I can get out, I like to walk barefoot to ground myself, literally. :)

I love that barefoot idea Carla. I go barefoot where possible too because it really does assist in grounding and clearing the energy into the earth. The radiation coming off of electrical equipment can interfere with our body's own natural rhythm and well-being so it is great to get that fresh air into the body. :)))

I sometimes go to the park near my home. The grass is so green, and there is a beautiful lake. I let go of stressful thoughts and heal myself. This is how I find my inner peace.

I love going to a local park also Peter. It really clears my head and releases stress so I can focus better when I return. I live right near the beach and the sea air is very cleansing, so I am grateful. We often forget that we are a part of nature in this fast space modern world. :)))

I like to open my windows when it's nice out. I go outside too, but it just makes me feel more alive to have fresh air.

I totally agree about feeling more alive from fresh air Kristy. I feel much better even just going to the back yard and stretching for 20 minutes. Opening up the windows for a while can really help if we can't get outside. Another great idea is having indoor plants as they assist in oxygenating the air also. :)))
