With Amazon's new rules on Site Strip, you can no longer use Text and image or image-only links. How can we legally use Images from Amazon now on our WordPress sites?
I just wrote a new post about this : I found a more affordable option for Amazon pictures then the Lasso Plugin!
Thank you. This is good info, however, I have not yet passed that probationary period of getting my first 3 sales. Any other suggestions?
You can still use the text portion on side stripe but not the image or text+image.
In the meantime until you get those 3 sales within the 180 days period there is nothing else you can do.
That is the first requirement to be an Amazon Associate unfortunately.

You can try paid options like Lasso and AAWP.

As I believe everyone knows Amazon doesn't allow the use of text and images from the site stripe anymore and my entire site uses this. Now I have no images of the products. How
Ask in an email correspondence if that's possible. Also, check their website, usually the footer section, to see if they have a program running you could apply.
I already checked the footer section and you can only apply to be a vendor. There's no Affiliate program.

Well, I sent the email on Monday to formerly ask if they would be willing to share their images on my site so that I could promote them of course thru Amazon. Maybe that was a bold ask, but so far I've received no response. I have no idea how I'm gonna get the images I need.

It's says to copy the TXT record into the DNS configuration. I can't seem to figure it out. Can someone help me? I used the header/footer and put the TXT record in the header.

My sites images don't come out evenly on the blog. Very frustrating. How do I make my pictures all the same size, so the blog reel looks cleaner?
I get this free link from the community. Now, give it to you. For images used for a post or as featured image, you can choose a fixed dimension, 650-850 for width and 350-450 for height. Smaller in size the easier to compress it below 35KB.

Always managed the image in the fixed size on your PC before using it on your website.

Getting the size of images right takes a little knowhow and practice. it's easiest to size all images before uploading to your image library. It sounds like a lot of work up front but when you're used to it it's easy and doesn't take long.

Then copy the whole ad link and paste it into the text interface of your widget.
I was able to get the ad on my page so thank you for that.
Now all I need to figure out is how to do it for just one post or page and not the entire site.
Is that even possible or recommended?
