Here are some good news, my site hasn't been hit yet, it is going up!

So Google just released their new core update, removing spam and low quality content.

So I will take a wild guess and say that many will get hit, specially platforms like Reddit will probably rank much lower now (if they aren't helpful). But for me so far, I am ranking up!

I don't know if this will be temporary, but I will take it as a good sign.

Here, take a look:

Take a good look at the end, you see that I spiked up, from an average of 68, on those days to 43 or something, and 55. Not amazing, but 10–12 positions higher is an improvement for me. Plus I got a few clicks at the last days there, 3 to be exact.

And I didn't get like 4 impressions those days, so I didn't rank high because I nearly didn't.

There you can see I did get a little spike. So I like that.

Now, a even more promising result I see is that the latest date (6 of march) also has an average of 53. Which isn't amazing, but better than an average score of 68.

This time it wasn't that high on impressions, as you can see, lol.

But I like to see that one of my high competitive keywords I targeted long ago, has ranked up 10 positions too.

Which is the keyword I did my little case study you can say, or just an experiment with. It had gone down to the 90 position, and climbing up 10 positions on average. So I ranked 10 positions higher the last 3 days on average. Will this continue? Maybe, maybe not. I don't know. And I don't have SUPER high expectation that I will, but I don't think I will go down so far either. Kinda 50/50.

So even though I might not have the MOST impressive results here, I do know that an average of ranking 10 positions higher in google, is a good sign, specially during an update where Google removes and rank down low quality content.

So I take that as a pretty good sign! :)
