In other news, my first article got approved on Street Articles! I'm not sure why so many people say it's difficult to get approved--I was reading comments and tons of people were complaining no matter what they did, they kept getting denied. All i can gather is they are pretty particular about the way you link back to your site. Mine was approved on the first try and it isn't particularly great.
I wonder how long affiliate programs generally take to accept people. A few of them approved me within a day, but others I have been waiting on for over 2 or 3 days now. Hopefully they're just being slow.

Hi there and congrats on your first article! Some affiliates take longer than others. I have had to wait up to 2 weeks on some. Just keep on taking action and it will all fall into place!
Great going Wendy! I was lucky enough to have the same thing happen with my first article.
As for affiliate programs, it does sometimes take a few days for affiliate managers to get around to approving you, or not. I have had that experience.
You're on your way to much success. It's all about taking action!

Congrats on your first article. I know it's been 2 years now, but I'm reading your history to get a feel for the sequence of events. You're still here after this about 3 years, so you must be doing ok. LoL.
