My Progress to Date
Hi folks. Well, to be honest with you I am very far behind the goals I set for the past year. Most of it has been due to the frustration I have had over the two years prior to joining WA. I have found it very difficult to proceed with consistency. I sign up for all the live training provided by Jay. When I am unable to attend the live session, I always view the recorded session. When someone begins to follow me, I always respond with some encouraging words.
During the two years prior to Joining WA, I developed a website: http://5StarEmergencyMedicalSupplies.com with the help of a mentor from a company to which I paid good money. I spent a lot of time learning the things I needed from WordPress and trying to employ what I learned. I wrote many posts. In fact, following my mentor's help, I had rewritten them at least three time due to changes in Google format. I had to switch from All in One SEO to Yoast, which I really enjoyed and found beneficial in creating focused content that passed SEO muster. To make a long story short, my website at best, "flatlined". I never could figure out why and I didn't know enough about GA to find out. Needless to say, I didn't convert a penny, less a dime!
So I decided to do due diligence and see if I would find a resource where I could learn in some organized manner what I needed to do. I now have a new website using WA processes and procedures, and have a a set of goals that I want to achieve. I believe that I am exiting the doldrums and starting to feel energized once again.
I value the support of the community and the support of WA leadership. When I have a problem, I get a solution very quickly! I am not experienced enough to be of service most of the time when someone has a problem, but that will come with time.
By the way, I intend to revamp the website mentioned above and I learn more from creating the new website: http://coolkitchen accessories.com.
This is where I'm at today. But further along than I was a few years back--thanks to the WA curriculum and the WA community!

You will get there George! And if you ever want tips on your website you can pm Kyle, I know of others he has helped!
Thanks Christabelle. Iam just getting the motivation back. I know I'll get there with WA and the community to assist me.
Hi George. There's a lot more to this type of business than what we can absorb in one time through. Who understands why people go for certain products and services and not others? Not me!
I'm well behind my goals, too, but let's both keep working at it. Best to you.
Hi Allyn. I agree. We just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other and do the steps to success.
Great job, I know what you mean about starting a home business before and not making any money. I think a lot of us here have been there and done that. I'm glad you joined WA, I think you will have success here. Best of luck to you! Peggy
Wish you success. Yes, it is often times hard to stay motivated but we have to if we want to achieve our goals. From my experience I can say that when you write your posts, try to add your main keyword (with low competition) in the title of your posts. This is very important.
Also, what I found is if you want to expedite the process you need to write on a daily basis for a few months (3,4 months) at least and then you can schedule writing 2,3 times a week.
Hi rufat. Thanks for the valuable feedback. I write using keywords created with the aid of Jaaxy. I have also used Google to develop keywords in the past. I use both techniques always tyring to focus on low competition.I agree that I do need to write more frequently as you suggest.
