Knowledge and skills can be learned, but attitudes and beliefs are a different matter. As a teacher, and later a facilitator, I found individuals facilitators who could change a person who did not believe they were a reader, into a reader, were worth their weight in gold.

The bigger question is: Who do you trust anymore?

Hello Wally,
Although I have been following this story on Fox, I felt that I should let you know that posting about politics and or religion isn't allowed.
I just wanted to let you know in case someone says it in a harsher way.
I love the questions that you listed though.

I kind of like that idea. 'Email Marketing Tips', 'Best ways to keyword research', and more.

I would like some feedback or a review of an app called SideWriter?

Hey Wally,

Doesn't look like any Mac user here has. Perhaps asking the same question on Twitter might get you a reply ... maybe.

Sorry, I have never used it, but would be interested. Is it like iWriter?

Anyone using or familiar with an app called sidewriter ?

I just discovered a cooking procedure called "Sous Vide" & am wondering if
anyone on WA is familiar with it or is using it.

Hey Wally,

Google searched "what is sous vide cooking" (without the quotation marks, of course) I found the following explanation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sous-vide that may gain you a response from someone here who cooks food in a vacuum-sealed plastic pouch.

Personally, I would not do this as plastic leaches toxic chemicals into bottled water when stored in warehouses. Thus, I can only imagine the same issue would be true when cooking food in a plastic pouch.

Hi Trish,

Thanks for your reply & the link.

The "Ziploc" brand & the "Food-Saver" vacuum bags do not have the plastic leaching problem. They are FDA approved for Sous-Vide cooking.

Thanks Again,
Wally
