They work also, but I am sure you are aware Paul -- many that are dieting need those other things to stay away from temptations
good job on the recipes - spent years in the business - it always offers motivation to dieters to have new things to fix ad eat.
I am hoping to create a membership site to council people about dieting and also offer the entire program and products. I have some friends want to "brand" me. Guess we will see how that goes. As you already know health is big big business as we all need our health or we really have nothing.
What are you doing to monetize your site? You have a lot of opportunities with it.

I actually am not exactly sure yet -- I am part of Beachbody so I can monetize there, but I would also like to do some kind of ads -- I am connecting with motivational speakers and health food links but I haven't added any yet because I don't believe in linking something I haven't reviewed yet to be sure of the truthfulness. I do like the meal referral you had suggested once before - but I need to look into what exactly would be involved as I am not a nutritionist. And I am still working on my own weight loss journey.
we will continue to share as I develop things and investigate what all might work.- if you are loosing yourself - that is a powerful message that people will listen to.
