A Roadmap to Success With Bing
The Bing search engine has now become what Google once was, and it very friendly towards niche websites and blogs in general and the great news is that if you are following the training in WA and applying what it teaches, you are already doing whats necessary to see results there, but here is a basic template of the process:
- Make a niche website
- Grow it via content targeting popular keywords (more = better)
- Rank in Bing, get traffic from Bing
- Earn money via affiliate promotions, selling your own products, putting up ads on the site or all of the above
One extra thing I personally do is use the URL inspection tool each time I post new content on my site so Bing picks it up quicker, thereby expediting the process. Since the HCU update crippled my nature website, Bing has been one of the main plan B platforms I've seen results from to make up for that traffic loss and it is slowly helping rebuild the site's success.

Exactly what I do with each new piece of content Vitaliy!
But... something came to my mind earlier... what about Yahoo??
Is there a similar tool we can use to request indexing with them, or.... are they so small now it doesn't really matter??
Traffic is traffic in my book though, and we all should get as much as possible from each and every source!!
Any advice here??
👍👍
Thank you for the Bing training. I used your advice to test several of my posts and get the same results from Bing inspect. I attached a screenshot from one of my posts. Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong?
Vitaliy, I requested indexing of 10 of my posts 5 days ago and they all still give me the same error messages as I posted above. How long does it typically take to get Bing to index or is it possible that I am not meeting some Bing guidelines as the message suggests?
Hmm not sure. It may be that the URLs or keywords just aren't recognized by bing. Try contacting support and see what they say. Inquire further if the answer is insufficient.
Also another thing to note is that bing just may not want to approve the URL for whatever reason that we don't know, I've had this happen too. It's approved other urls already on your site which is good so either way I'd just keep moving along regardless of the outcome here.
Thank you. I'm not seeing any of my urls already approved. I get the same message when inspecting all of them. Also, I asked site support, and they told me to check the Bing Guidelines. One item in the guidelines I noted is they are recommending submitting a Sitemap for my website as a possible solution. Is that something available within my site or something I need to create. If I need to create it, I asked site support to point me to the right resource?
Try this: How to Add a Sitemap to Google Search Console It's for search console (Google) but you should be able to put in the same exact one in Bing webmaster tools.

Thank you very much Vitaly. Yes I have seen that most of my articles that are indexed are actually in Bing. Let me check out the Bing webmaster tool tutorial. Thanx a lot.
