Amazon's prices change so often that it isn't wise to add the price to your site. I have read that we, as affiliates, should not include the price.
What you could do is to create a button that says 'Click here for Best Price' or 'Get Best Price Here'. Save the button as an image and insert your affiliate link.

When I started, I wanted to have updated prices shown. Some experienced people were telling me this was not the best move. But I wanted to have them and used EasyAzon, it did not work and I removed it.

There are other plugins or services, like BestAzon, Genius. I think I have seen one more but forgot.

So think again, perhaps it is not the best idea. Let visitors click to check, then they might buy more things. You can indicate current price and invite visitors to check for updates, this is what I am doing, but I cannot say if this is the best way.
