Hi - if you click on your profile photo then go to account settings, you can see your invoices to check if you have paid for a domain.

They won't take payment if the transaction never completed.
Do as Diane says first. The transaction will be there. Just click your profile go to accounts click that and then general settings all your transactions are there at the bottom.
If it is then I would do as Dylan says and contact Site-support for help. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
Sometimes I also find it is my internet as it runs diabolically slow at times.
That is down to my internet provider. Lol It is a real pain. :)

How does one stay premium..how does the premium package last for.
It's monthly. Every month you pay the subscription fee and you remain a member. You can also pay a yearly fee.
Hi - the premium membership is an automatically recurring payment taken every month at a cost of $49. It is cheaper to pay for 6 months or yearly, but it has to be paid upfront in one lump sum, and there are no refunds.
And how does one make a profit by paying either monthly or jus puting the lump sum.yet there aren't any refunds how can one notice they making profit..my concern is wat will I get from my premium package..money or just access to more internet

How much income you earn depends on how much time and effort you put into your website.
I'm just reading ..it wants me now to create names and register things..and I'm not a professional ..I've no idea how I'll start and register something that I read and pass by

If you complete each task as you are asked to do so then you will have built your website by lesson 4. Most members here had no idea about websites when they first started. This is not a get rich quick scheme and takes time and determination.
