If you have read even a few of my posts, you'll know that I like to talk...a lot. I absolutely relish any opportunity to express myself in written form, even if it may go against popular opinion. I don't cringe or shrink back from speaking my mind, although I do make every effort to speak respectfully and make sure it's the "right" time to stand on that soap box. I've made plenty of mistakes along the way, but I'm striving to do better.
So, what's this all about?
In a nutshell: communication. I love the sharing of ideas and learning new things; I'm so grateful that many with extensive knowledge on this platform don't hesitate from sharing with others, in order to help them to excel to reach their fullest potential. The knowledge, wisdom, and insight of Kyle, Carson, Jay and countless others really just blows my mind!
Is Your Mind Still Open?
How are you challenging your mind? Are you in a state of growth, or have you become mentally stagnant? What books have you reading or listening to? If you have completed the Certification or Bootcamp, what are you doing consistently to stretch yourself mentally?
Recently, I've been given the challenge to go back over my previous blog posts - all of them - and make sure that each one meets the 4 elements necessary to get my visitors engaged:
- state the problem
- sate the solution
- state the benefit
- insert a Call To Action
In going over my previous posts (a task I have not yet completed), I decided to look up some training on CTA. Lady Loes to the rescue!

Have you seen this? I spent an hour going through everything she shared, which included going through the links, and I'm certain I missed something! The irony is that I had already added it to my favorites months ago, but I think I just saved it, I never really read through everything. If you think a CTA is just something as simple as "Click here if you want more information" you are in for a delightful surprise.
Show Me the Money!!!
People often ask, "What's your 'why'?" For me, I want to get to a place where money no longer dictates my actions. This is less about having all my wants and desires met, and more about being able to say "yes" more often than the dreaded, "Money is a bit tight for me right now."
But back to the value of training (I may be rambling on a bit, but I didn't forget): As part of my on-going training, I was encouraged to share a little about what I've learned recently. I'm learning that it's not just a matter of "going through" the training; it's more about allowing it to become a part of who you are, not merely something you do or check off. In other words, immersing yourself in training, understanding the power of consistency, and appreciating the strength of partnerships.
So, there you have it folks! Wealthy Affiliate is in my blood and seeping into my bones! I love it...even when I'm fearful, flustered, or frustrated...I am now and forevermore, will be addicted to Wealthy Affiliate!

I take it you are referring to training yourself to develop a habit, such as constantly reviewing past posts, or reading favourites that you have saved. Totally agree.
It's almost frightening how many errors I caught, Harvey! I need to incorporate this into my weekly activity.
I know Veronica, I started last year because I had downloaded Grammarly and I was surprised at the mistakes I had missed.
I have similar goals for wanting to succeed here. I don't like always telling my kids "no we can't do that because we can't afford it..." I don't want to spoil them, but I do want to be able to say "yes" at least once in a while...
The training here is awesome. Like you I am addicted to WA. There is something to be learned every single day!

Great post, Mizz Vee!! My mind is open to growth, challenges, and opportunities. Yes, I am so loving this refresher 'course' if you will indulge me for a moment...a refresher's course, and most important of all...a refiner's course - bringing out that diamond that is within!
