These are all great.
I wake up each morning and before starting the day (ideally before getting out of bed) I will say "today is going to be an AMAZING day!" I get myself psyched up for all the good things that are about to happen.
I used to list 3 things that I am grateful for each day. I need to start doing that again. I really does change your mindset.
Yep. It's all about mindset. We need to motivate ourselves every day. Out old reptile brain opposes changes as much as it can When we write positive things every day, our brain starts accepting changes little by little.:)
