And it's not just about us. It's about other people, too.
Love the person as they are. Don't try to change them.
We love sunsets as they are. And they are different, not just in different parts of the world. They are different each and every day in the place you live at.
And it's one and the same sun.
Why do we sometimes want different people to be the same? Who gave us the ruler to measure people according to our standards?

Excellent post! You may be the kindest person in the world, maybe even top M. Teresa, but still there will be people against you and people who find fault with you. That is human nature. Also I guess, the greater you are, the more enemies you have because people get eaten up by jealousy easily.
And yes, I like myself a lot. The past me which became the now me, as well as the future me, which I am going to become by improving the now me.
Couldn't agree more. There are a lot of people whose favourite occupation is finding faults with others.We should distance ourselves from such people if possible, or just limit communication if these are colleagues or relatives, which makes the situation harder of course.:) .
Just as flowers and vegetation spring forth after a fire in the wild Vera, I often marvel at you and others beautiful expressions of creativity from a land that has a history of so much oppression!

ahhhh..Love it!! :) WA CAN be relaxing with posts like this, and anyone who is offended that not all posts are about WA and moving up in rank needs to learn to stop and smell the roses! That's the only way we can work hard at being successful! The person who has a problem with personal posts should worry about their own business, as the other posts aren't affecting them!
