I Appreciate Rawness
We often say and hear- Be yourself. But what does it really mean?Being vulnerable is also about being yourself, being the most genuine yourself, being the most beautiful yourself.
Courage. Vulnerability. Love. Passion.Creative process is about all of those things. But when we’re creating we get scared and question ourselves why we do it in the first place. We are apprehensive of people's reactions, we don't want to deal with the critics and our own fears as well.
But it's only when we are vulnerable and fearless,we are open to miracles, we get excited over the beauty of the world and people around. We create better things when we are vulnerable and fearless, we fall in love when we are vulnerable and fearless.

Take off your mask, show the world the real you, tell people around about what you admire in them, tell your loved ones how much you love and appreciate them.
Be open.
Share your mind
Speak your heart.
Be!:)

This is an important post to me. This quote has just reminded me when I was a kid we used to sleep outside at night facing up and used to compete who would see many bigger stars first. I miss these moments very much. Thank you for the reminder.
Yes, Paul, I agree. Whatever happens in life, it doesn't take long for us to lift up our eyes and enjoy the sight of the stars. :)
You know I love it, Vera! When I started opening up to be myself...goofy, stupid, ridiculous...blah..blah about me as well as the good things, (yes, there are a few) ...it was such a liberating feeling! Now, I still have some reservations about making a fool out of myself but way, way less! I care less and less about what others think and care much more about how I feel about myself and about how I treat others! There is really no other way to "Live"!
Always great visuals and words to match! Thanks!
Well, I am hanging for now...watching closely...hopefully that thing is gonna keep heading east of us out into the ocean...For now, I'm preparing to hunker down! I'm a little more North inland but some have already left here. My dilemma now is if one has to get on the road it might be worse than riding out the storm! We shall see! Thanks for asking, I hope Rick will be OK too (He's about 3 1/2 hours south of where I am).
Beautiful images and post vera. I think you have a little of the mystique of Rasputin in you!
All history fascinates me Vera. Russia as the other major landmass in the northern hemisphere beside the US and Canada I find fascinating :)
