Me too. When I was working at the pharmacies over the years and realized how good the dark chocolate is for you health wise, I tried it.
It's bitter so I won't go past the 70%
I only take one crumb and don't eat the whole thing. Ewww
Milk chocolate is a different story :D
I do all this in a water tank Vera. It adds a lot of fluid grace to my thinking and movements...seriously!

Well, I’ve lived with a lot of restriction, but not always could, that’s why it took me 5 yrs to obtain my “goal”and now that I got here, I realized I could still loose more, but I’m satisfied for now, the trick is going to be keeping it off.
