Good content shouldn't be a chore.
When you sit down to write, have fun with it.
You've obviously understood the importance of keywords, SEO's, SERP's, FARTS and rankings, but when you write it shouldn't be tedious and those things are only a guide they are not the end and be all of everything. RELAX!
Think about the best times that you have had in your life while you write, it will change your attitude and your creativity. No matter what your niche, make sure it interests you.
Your writing should show how fascinated you are with your niche, how it brings joy into your life and how you can't wait to share it with us. If your niche can't do that for you then it's time to look for another niche.
When I think of Steampunk I am definitely fascinated, I can't wait to go to another Steampunk event so that I can write about it. It's a whole different world that I want to share with my audience.
I hate running but I love writing about it, it brings me great joy and hopefully brings some joy into other people's lives.
When you are interested you become interesting. Thinking about how you are going to make the next dollar is going to stifle your creativity and you will become boring, you will sound like every sales person you have ever heard that you put the phone down on or left the shop because of. Let loose!
Talk to your audience not 'AT' them. They are in the room with you and they want to know what makes you tick, they want to buy some of that, they want to bottle it and that is how it should be. You become priceless and all the while you are having the time of your life.
People buy you not your product! Once they buy you, they trust you and then they will buy whatever you are selling, but you have to earn it.
It's also important that your content gets out to as many people as possible. That's called marketing yourself...sell, sell, sell! (Man am I high or what? Sorry about that I sometimes get a little too enthusiastic, I think the endorphins have kicked in from the running, about time!)

Oh goodness no, I still haven't 'closed' the sale yet (1/23), then there are still renovations to do (both here and there), and I don't expect to have things settled until around the first of May. My presence here will be spotty at best.
