Just want to know the exact time of getting index by google, and what I can do to get index quickly as possible
There isn't an exact time. Usually Google indexes new sites quickly ( minutes to an hour or so) once you've submitted your sitemap.
Just follow the training for submitting sitemap to Google.
When will one can get index by google ?
Just want to know the exact time of getting index by google, and what I can do to get index quickly as possible
It usually takes 7-14 days to get your site initially indexed in Google (sometimes quicker). That is completely normal.
As you build out your website content and as you get engagement on your website, it will only continue to get indexed quicker. Google will continue to grant you more and more authority as they deem your website to be of value and before long you will see your new content getting indexed almost instantly.
You can also share your content on social networks to speed up the process in which you get indexed in the early stages and adding things like Google Webmaster Tools to your website can help Google find your content quicker.
