Day 0 Planning the Couch Affiliate Challenge

Jeff Dolson suggested that I pick it as a challenge and Michael Kearns suggested I do a post for every lost pound. So from tomorrow, 1st of November, I will start my exercise regime which I plan to go for the next 90 days. I have broken it up into 3 phases each one lasting 30 days.
The Phases of the Couch Affiliate Challenge
Phase 1 November - Get off the couch
This will be about getting active in whatever way I can. For it to be sustainable though, it need to be structured and regular as a minimum. Anything extra will be a bonus. So I will start with the 30 min Zumba session.
Phase 2 December - Steady As We Go
By now a good rhythm should be established. Because of holiday season I am expecting some disruptions. However, I know that disruptions come whenever I am going for great thing of value so will manage them accordingly.
Phase 3 January - Next Level Challenge
This is where I want to be, showing some results and shedding some holiday fat. Maybe gearing for something sustainable and maybe planning for some challenge events in year. I have always wanted to do a bike challenge. I should be fit enough to get started on that. We will see in January where we are.
I do not know about blogging daily about it, but I guess it is a good checkpoint. This is starting to sound like a good niche. Anyway, lets get started. Anyone up for the challenge starting tomorrow, 1 November 2016. Phase 1 Get off the couch.
