Hello all, maybe y'all can help me out. I found a keyword in jaxxy that makes perfect sense for my intended content.
The problem I have , is it seems to good!

The numbers are perfect! One great way to find out....DO IT! Don't forget to make use of long-tail keywords, etc. Sounds like you made a great find!
With a QSR of 0 you should already have that article written lol. Yes a high traffic keyword with competition that low is perfect to target.
You should put the keyword in both the title and the first paragraph.
As Diondree said, looks great, I can't understand Why the SEO is only an 83 though. Most of the ones I see with a qsr under 200 to 300 that have that kind of traffic have a much higher seo. Does the 529 traffic factor into that somehow. I guess I always focus on the monthly, and the competition so I've never really understood the traffic part of that.

First of all, there is no such thing as a dumb question. You can compare the numbers Jaaxy gives you for a keyword with the WA Keyword Tool. If the tend to agree, your in the money.

I need some help , my dashboard is not coming up when I log in.
my dashboard only shows part of the tabs when I enter under my user name but does show all the tabs if I enter under my admin name?

until you get it resolved by the tech team just open it in a normal browser. type your URL http://mydomain.com/wp-admin use the same login details - at least youll be able to work on your site til WA access is resolved
