Joomla consists of backend and frontend sections. Frontend is displayed to the general public, and it’s address is usually only a domain name, while backend is accessible only to administrators, and it’s address is a domain name continued with administrator word (for example, http://www.xxxxx.com/administrator). Although, you can manage almost all content from the frontend, some parts are executable only in the backend (especially when dealing with modules and components, which will be explained further on. Your username and password by which you can access both backend and fronted is same.
That is basically your user profile which you’ll use, not only to edit and update the content, but to be active on your forum and moderate it along the way. You can create as much new user profiles as you want. That will also be explained further on.

Very well done jpesut. If anyone needs or wants to know about joomla you did a great job. I like that you included nice screen shots so readers could see visually what you were talking about. Thanks.

Excellent tutorial Josip, just diving into it here and I find it very easy to walk through. It is going to be of great help for anyone who is interested in using a CMS outside of Wordpress here at WA.
There are definitely some great benefits to using Joomla and it is a wonderful Content Management Platform for websites!
