Achievable

The third criterion stresses the importance of objectives that are realistic and also attainable. While an attainable objective may stretch a team in order to achieve it, the objective is not impossible to accomplish.

You must have a strategy to achieve your objective.

An achievable objective will usually answer the question How?

  1. How can the objective be accomplished?
  2. How realistic is the objective based on other constraints?
