The plugin has numerous features that you can use to configure your ads even more.
I'm not going to go over all of the features with this tutorial, as it would make the tutorial a bit too complex.
I will show you the three features I find most useful.
When working within an ad block, you will notice a few buttons below the area where you paste your ad code.
The Devices button is a nifty area where you can configure if you want the ad to display on computers, tablets or phones.
If you leave this feature alone, it will display on all 3 devices.
If you have a rather large banner that you want to display for those who use desktops and tablets, but that would be too large for a phone, then you can set this particular banner to display only on the desktop and tablet.
By doing this, you will know that you are not overloading a person phone screen with the banner, because it will not appear on mobile devices.
Another nifty feature is the shortcode feature. If you click the Manual button, then you will notice that you have shortcode that you can use to place the banner or ad anywhere you wish.
This feature is great for ad placements of those banners where you want them to display in some of your posts, but not all of them. You simply apply the shortcode in the posts you do wish the banner or ad to appear.
The final feature that I recommend, is in the Lists section of the interface.
You can configure an ad to show to all users, to only those users who are logged in, or only those users who are not logged in.
This is a great feature that you can use if you happen to have special deals for registered users, that are not available to all site visitors. By using this feature, you can configure the special deals ad to display only to users are are logged in.

I just installed the Ad-Inserter and wonder if you suggest anything to be changed on it from a new user just publishing their website?
I'm bombarded with info right now just trying to get started, but if a couple of things need to be changed in the settings I'll get to it.

Did you have to insert anything in your header? There's usually something to put in your header, then the actual ad code.
