In this last segment of this tutorial I am going to show you how to upload an image to your Media Library in order to use it in any post or page.
Go to your Dashboard --> Media --> Add new. A small window will open. Choose the image you wish to upload and click on Open.
Now you have your new image in your library.
It's also important to delete the images that you have replaced. The fact that you're not using them in any post or page doesn't mean that they are not taking up any space.
So, go to your Dashboard --> Media --> Library and click on the image you want to delete.
The image will open in a new window and you just have to click on Delete Permanently.
And we're done ! :)

It's a bummer that you can't just load all your originals into the media library and have to spend time changing them all! With the cameras these days, the pixels are so large that I have to modify every single photo! The program I use is Windows Picture Manager. It's a good one, too :)
