That is what I read and write on many new member sites. It is how we greet new members. Sometimes some start-up advice is given. Sometimes it is just a bit of chat. But what ever it is, is the new members first contact with the members of WA.

I read the comments and postings of new members. One thing that is common is that money is a problem and the new member is here for that one thing, money. Well, we older members know that money should not be the driving force in Internet Marketing. New members want a step by step program that will get them into the money rapidly. Then they are forced to face the facts in the 30-Day Training tutorial. Internet Marketing is a business and taking other than a business approach will not bring in the dough.

The NICHE come up early. We learn that we can go to DMOS or Ebay or Amazon and find a whole caboodle of niches. What is harder to assimilate is the fact that we are a looking for a group of eager buyers who have a common interest. And we learn that if we narrow that group down, we will have success.

Another thing that hits the new member hard in the head is that he or she must become and expert to communicate with the folks in the niche he has chosen. In other words, when he or she says something, people listen just as we listen to Kyle and Carson and Ryan and Jay and other influential members of this community.

Then we must learn the steps given in the 30-Day Training. Questions keep popping up and our members are happy to help a fellow member find the answer. The OUP helps us do that.

But sometimes we need a little special help. Some sources follow on the next, and I hope the last, page.

Another feature I would love to see, which I have not been able to find, if it exists, is an internal bookmarking system, where I could store links to training articles to which I wish to refer in the future.

Hey Krys, we've been working on a "bookmarking" type system for WA and it's something we will be releasing at WA in the future. We've got a few really AWESOME projects that need to be released here at WA first, then the bookmarking system will be our top priority. Bookmarking is one aspect of this system but it's gong to be packed with a lot more features!

Hey Joe, an e-book is simply a PDF document and the easiest way to put something like together is to use Google Drive. Create a document, then "download as PDF". You can add images, header/footer, include links, etc.

I would like to see listings arranged in categories of what is available in the Training Centre. At the moment, all I seem to get is a search box with the question "What are you looking for?" plus links to one or two items. However, I do not always have a specific question. It may be that there is useful information that would really help me, but if I do not know it is there, I cannot search for it.

Very helpful, John. I've been working on my first WP site.....it's challenging to say the least. I'm used to Blogger, but this is an altogether different animal. I had to change themes and think I found one that's going to work, called "Portfolio".

I'd like a little information on how to add my affiliate links to my pages. I have click bank in mind for my first page and 2 independents for my second. I'm also getting pages going on thr top and sides of my site, would it be better to put them in as posts instead? One did go there, how would I put my page on digestive enzymes to a post if that is the way to go? Could you look at my site and see what you think. It's ibsisapaininthegut.com thanks Linda

Hi Linda, adding an affiliate link to your website is easy with wordpress. First of all you just need to get your affiliate link from your affiliate program. If you're using Clickbank then you'll have your hop link for the product you want t promote. Then, in wordpress all you have to do is click the "Link" icon in your tool bar. Here is the wordpress Official "how to" for adding links to your site:

Hope this helps!
