How does Pinterest work?
Before you start using Pinterest it's helpful if you're aware of some of the common terminology. Don't worry about trying to remember it all at this stage. This is just a brief overview, so that when you open your account and start using Pinterest you'll have a clearer idea of what to do,

It is up to you to choose the title of your themes. If possible use a key word. 'Positive thinking techniques is a keyword associated with my niche - which is confidence coaching.

4. Repin
5. Pin IT Button
Pins that are added to your boards using the Pin It button link back to the site that they've come from.
You can either download the Pin It button fromPinterest or you can download a wordpress plugin.
6. Pinner
Anyone who shares their pins is a 'Pinner' (or user)

Pinterest is continuing to evolve and has a user base that cannot be overlooked. It should be part of everyone's social marketing agenda's and your image selection (on your site or articles) should be considered in the context of their share factor.
