So what is your value?
It's simple, and requires you to do a very quick 10-second exercise.
I would like you in the next 10 seconds to think about how much money you want in your lifetime. I'm not talking about need and what is necessary I'm talking about the figure of the you would really like. The source of money you dream about but never think it will happen.
For most people this figure is in the millions. For some, billions... Most people wouldn’t go below a million for a lifetime goal.
So pick a number, be as exact and exorbitant as you want. What is the figure that you would regard as drop dead money. That was the expression coined in a novel I read years ago about how much money it would take for you to tell the whole world to drop dead.
It's about a life changing amount of money. Now you have 10 seconds as we have said the object here is to value your time.
.... GO.
Ok, so you have the magic number in your head... Unless your cash mental arithmetic is sharp you are going to need a calculator at this point.
How many years would you like to work for. This has nothing to do with your physical age it is a reflection of how many years you want to work for in a mental sense.
Also how many hours would you like to work so let's say 20 hours a week.
Let's say, you want to work for 10 more years, that is 52 weeks of the year so your career span Has another 520 weeks!
Doesn't sound that long when put like that does it?
So that's 520 weeks at 10 hours a week would be 5200 hours and double that figure because my idea working with week is 20 hours so that is 10,400 hours.
So let's say, I wanted $5 million divide by 10,400 hours and you get
20hrs x 52 weeks = 1040 hrs p/y 1040 x 10 = 10,400 hours
$5,000,000/10,400 = $480 per hour
So to achieve MY goals that is the figure I would have to earn every hour which is a very different figure from an hourly rate.
Out before you switch off and tell me that is not possible, think about your training within wealthy affiliates, where is the limitation that they set.
You know the potential is there, so remember that your time is worth much more than you originally thought.
Why is this important?
You need to know how valuable the time you're wasting potentially is. In my case I know that every hour for me has to be worth nearly $500.
