The Squeeze - The Squeeze page is probably the most effective way of building a subscriber list. There are plenty of examples that can be found online of great squeeze pages.
I'm a real fan of instabuilder for creating a squeeze page.

The type of niche you are in can have a bearing on the type of squeeze page you use. Long copy, short copy and audio. However in 2011 we got bombed, and seemed the only 1 type of squeeze page being used, video.
I don't know about you, but for me, a video squeeze page that's related to online marketing is a real turn off . Luckily savvy marketers split test and not so many video squeeze pages are in circulation.
Landing Page - Some may call a squeeze page a landing page. I personally think that there should only be as much info as needed on a squeeze page. It should fit on the screen without the need to scroll....
...I say all that because a landing page can be damn long, even though the objective may be the same, to boost your list numbers. However a landing page can follow a dozen basic rules.

The headline that evokes some kind of emotion in the readers mind. A few bullet points that state benefits of adding their email. An obvious place your email with a strong call to action button.Or

- Tell them what it will do for them
- Tell them what to do next

- Show the benefits
- Give social proof
- Make your offer
- Give a guarantee
- Inject scarcity / urgency
- Call to action
- Give a warning
- Close with a reminder

Okay. Now I read that article and played around on the site for awhile. It looks like I have to go get more info on RSS (which I don't have) Feedburner (which I don't have) I have no list at all. But, I will check into an auto responder. Also, another member here had posted about MailChimp as terrible. Alpina. I am learning a lot but cannot check off yet. I am confused about RSS and Feedburner. So, onto doing those first.
This is really good thank you so much for this training. Also, I saw the Jaaxy jumping up and down and how the Aweber wound jump out too. Tried to do chat in there and no one was there!
