Another avantage to using this method of inserting a banner on your post, is that you can choose to link it to wherever you like!

You could link it to

• Your own personal main link to WA
• Your own personal "Create Account" link
• Your own personal Custom Link when you have one
• Another page or post on your website
• You can also use this method for linking any non WA banner which you would like to add to a post, e.g. Amazon.

You can find your own personal WA links by clicking on the aeroplane icon and scrolling down to "Links and Tracking".

Once you have chosen where you want your link to go, enter your URL link:

Be sure to tick the box so that your link will open in a new tab - this is to ensure that your visitor will not permanently leave your site when they click on your banner.

And very importantly, remember to click on the "Update" tab before you leave the image editor!

Finally

• In your Visual Editor, click on "Update". It is always a good idea to update your work frequently.
• Then click on "View Page"
• Click on your banner to make sure that the link is working just as you want it to.
