Next go to the Visual Editor on your page or post.

• Choose where you wish your banner to go, then click on the add media button in your toolbar:

• When you click on "Add Media" your Media Library on Wordpress will open.
• Click on "Upload files" and search for the banner you have just downloaded:

• Click on "Select Files" and you will be taken to your "Finder".
• When you have located the banner in your finder, click on it, choose it and it will upload to your Media Library.
• Make sure that the banner you have just uploaded is ticked in your Media Library:

Then click on "Insert into Post".

• Your banner will then appear on your post.
