Before we start, we need to get the FTP details. If you're using Wealthy Affiliate to run your websites then here are the steps to follow.
If you're using another's web hosting, you'll need to contact them to find your details.
1. Click Build Websites in the WA Sidebar.
2. You will then be given a list of your websites hosted at WA. Click Detailsnext to the website you want the FTP details for.
3. You'll be taken to the page with all the details for that particular website. Take note of the Access Details. Write them down, or just have them open in your browser.
We will need these technical details on the next page.

You can't access your website through the way you described anymore, and when I click on that email management thing it wants you to, I just get told, that doesn't exist...
There is a bug report on this problem, but since only premium members can post links (At least allow trials one link a day, just for these kinda situations...), I can't make it any easier for you.

Are you sure you have the details entered correctly? Double check them, and if that still doesn't work try contacting WA Hosting support with a support ticket (https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites) and make sure you tell them what the full error message is.

When you login to Plesk try clicking on the Home link top left, if you still can't see the other icons I would submit a support ticket via this page https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites sounds like maybe the domain isn't setup for physical hosting.
